Additional Screen Charges

Screen Charges
               Film Positives $15.00 per color
               Camera ready computer files $20.00 per color
               Any other type of artwork $20.00 per color plus any
               art charges that apply

Custom artwork
               Custom artwork will be charged at the rate of $25.00/hour.
               The type of art and the number of colors will determine the
               length of time to produce finished art.

Color changes
               A charge of $5.00 will be charged to change any color in any
               screen during a run. (usually due to a change of shirt color)
Flash Cure
               Some multi-color jobs when printed on dark color shirts will
               require flash curing between colors. There will be a 15%
               additional charge (printing cost only) for this service. If the
               design requires this service, this fee is not an option.
Nylon Jackets
               For this service there will be a 25% additional charge (printing
               cost only) for this service. We use inks that are specially design to
               be used with jackets with water repellants .

Reflective Inks
                Reflective ink is usually applied to garments for the use in
                dark environments. Fire departments, police, highway or
                other occupations that require the ability to be seen at night
                for safety. A clear coat of reflective base that contains glass
                beads is applied to base coat of color which has been
                flash cured. The most reflective color is white , but the
                reflective coat can be applied to any color.
                The cost of reflective coating is $2.00/garmet. This includes
                the base color.

Additional Embroidery Charges

Basic Text
               No charge for basic text setup (using type styles in our
               embroidery software.
Basic Text with Stock design
               $30.00 for any chest size design with lettering
Large Stock designs
               $60.00 for any large size design with lettering
Custom designs
               Digitizing charge will be quoted upon receipt of artwork
